Meet Ryan:
I chose UCI Law because I found that the wealth of interdisciplinary and practical opportunities available to me here would be unmatched among schools. In addition, UCI Law allows you to choose your own path. We’re the business school of law schools. We focus on community, collegiality, and collective advancement. When I was choosing a law school the one thing I would have done differently is I would have researched clinical offerings, specific classes, and professors, and more about student life. Luckily, UCI Law does a great job in these respects.

I became an Admissions Ambassador because I love serving as an example of how the law school has enabled me to succeed.

Last summer, UCI helped me secure a position as a judicial extern to the Honorable David O. Carter of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. This summer, I was a Summer Associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Thanks to UCI’s emphasis on practical learning, I will be doing a secondary, full-time externship with the Honorable John A. Kronstadt of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
