Background:
Kathryn Davis is a certified appellate law specialist with the Law Office of Kathryn M. Davis, and Appointed Appellate Counsel with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Pro Bono Appeals Program. She specializes in civil appeals and counseling, represents and advises clients and trial counsel on all aspects of California and federal appellate court practice.
Davis is a graduate of UC Hastings College of Law, where she served on the Hastings Law Journal as Associate Articles Editor and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
