Transcripts and Enrollment Verification Documents

Official Transcripts and Electronic Delivery

In order to provide the fastest service to students and alumni, UC Irvine has authorized Parchment to provide online transcript ordering for both electronic and paper transcripts.

Transcript orders will be processed during the Central Registrar’s regular business hours. Electronic transcripts are sent on the same business day after processing begins; paper transcripts are sent four to five business days after processing begins. Transcript processing is limited during University holidays and recesses. Check the Parchment storefront for the most up to date processing times or contact the Central Registrar.

The online service includes a step-by-step ordering process, including delivery options, and attaching documents. Parchment assesses a document fee and applicable handling charges for each transcript. Self-supporting graduate students will be charged an additional $17 fee per transcript. Additional information can be found on the Central Registrar's Transcript Information page.
