Background:

Matthew Clark is a partner at Bentley & More LLP, with a practice focusing on insurance bad faith, catastrophic personal injury, product liability, and governmental entity liability.  Mr. Clark graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School after serving as an Articles Editor for the Law Review, and currently serves as Bentley & More LLP's lead law and motion and appellate attorney.  Mr. Clark has successfully opposed numerous summary judgment and other dispositive motions, has appeared successfully before the California Courts of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit, has been published repeatedly in the CAALA Advocate Magazine and the OCTLA Gavel Magazine, and has been a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2015-2023. Mr. Clark has also been recognized as a Best Lawyers – Ones to Watch for 2021 and 2022, and by Best Lawyers for 2023.
