Prof. Kim Research Papers Republished in Corporate Practice Commentator, Securities Law Review
UCI Law congratulates Prof. Summer Kim on the reprinting of her paper “Corporate Long Arms” in the Corporate Practice Commentator (CPC). Edited by Prof. Bob Thompson of Georgetown Law, the periodical (now in its 61st year) brings reliable information to readers on recent developments in corporate law. Additionally, Prof. Kim’s paper, “Typology of Public-Private Equity,” has been selected for inclusion in the Securities Law Review this year. The Securities Law Review, edited by Prof. Don Langevoort of Georgetown Law, is an anthology that organizes and republishes eight to 10 securities law articles published in law reviews during the previous year.
