Judge Stephen Reinhardt & Ramona Ripston Lecture on Civil Rights & Civil Liberties
This annual honorary lecture pays tribute to and celebrates the contributions of two legendary advocates of civil liberty and justice: the late Judge Stephen Reinhardt, U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit (1980-2018), and the late Ramona Ripston, retired executive director of the ACLU (1972-2011).
