XI. Continuing Duty to Report
Throughout the course of enrollment at UCI School of Law, students have a continuing duty to report to the Assistant Dean for Student Services any legal actions taken by or against the student, or charges brought by University disciplinary offices. Such actions include but are not limited to arrests, lawsuits, civil actions, and administrative proceedings. At the time students apply for Bar admission, the Bar authorities in each jurisdiction will seek to determine that the information in the Bar application is congruent with the UCI Law student file. Students must make any such matters known to the Assistant Dean for Student Services immediately on occurrence.
